*** To confirm your application, please fill in this form: https://wkf.ms/3UlUdGg *** The international headquarters in Brussels is looking for a European Solidarity Corps volunteer, starting on the 2nd of September 2024, and staying for 12 months. The volunteer will support the implementation of ESN’s training programme to build the capacity of volunteers around Europe to promote and represent youth active in international mobility opportunities - Support the development of ESN’s trainers and T4T opportunities to support the capacity building of young people - Support the organisation of training events - Help with the implementation of both internal and external projects related to training and development - Support in implementing the training and development strategies - Manage the production of education manuals and TSOs - Support the development of non-formal learning processes, tools and opportunities in ESN - General assistance in the fields of training and development

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Accommodation in Brussels is provided, either in the “ESN House” or on the private market with assistance from ESN and with the rent up to 450 EUR per month paid by ESN; Transport costs in Brussels are covered; Insurance is covered; Pocket money of 450 EUR per month is provided; Travel costs to Brussels from the volunteer's home country and back are covered.

Training during the activity

You will have a chance to improve your skills at event organisation - coordinating the content of training events - working on EU-funded projects - presentation and professional communication.

Participant profile

Good written communication skills - Flexibility with working outside of regular working hours from time to time, which will be compensated - Adaptability and willingness to work in an intercultural environment - Experience with non-formal education - Experience with organising training events - Experience in coordinating the content of training events - Experience in a volunteer-led organisation - Structured and reliable way of working - Experience with volunteering in ESN is a plus - Experience with carrying out EU-funded projects and grants is a plus.
